This is a Trim Sheet that I made to use as the train station platform for the "Abandoned Shinjuku Station Safe House" scene. I modelled the high poly version in 3Ds Max using the Floater system and then baking them into a plane in Substance Painter. After that I painted the textures in Substance Painter and exported them to Marmoset for showcasing. The PBR textures are then imported into Unreal Engine 4 to create the re-usable tiling shader.
