These are the pillars that I made for the Gate Ruins scene and River Forest scene. I created the first 3D high poly model in 3Ds Max and exported to ZBrush to sculpt the details, then bring back to 3Ds Max to recreate the first low poly model by re-topology. I exported both the high poly and low poly model to Substance Painter to bake the details, then paint the textures with the Moss shader that I created from Substance Designer. Once I had done with the first low poly model, I reuse the texture to made several variation in 3Ds Max. I rendered all the different variation pillar models in Marmoset for showcase.
